Cheer, Gymnastics and Tumbling

At Empire Athletics Kentville we offer cheerleading, tumbling classes, ninja classes, private lessons, birthday parties and day camps.
Our facility is home to a 36ft by 54ft sprung floor, an inflatable tumble track and many gymnastics and ninja mats.
Our goal is to bring multiple varieties of programs to Kentville which will enrich active, healthy living.
Our athletes not only learn physical skills but also skills they will take with them in life. We pride ourselves in developing well rounded athletes and great leaders.
Cheerleading
Allstar Cheer
We offer a variety of lower level allstar teams in our Kentville location. These teams compete in 5 to 6 competitions around Atlantic Canada.
Prep Cheer
Looking for a cheer program that is a lower cost and lower commitment. This program is designed to give the athletes the All-star experience but compete at limited competitions. This is a great program to start your cheer jounery in!
Novice Cheer
This program is aimed towards our under 8 athletes, with the same thing in mind as the prep programming. It is a low commitment and cost program to prepare your child for Allstar cheerleading.
Recreational Cheer
Want to try Cheer? This is the perfect class for you! This is a short 12 week program that teaches the basics of cheerleading.
