At Empire Athletics Windsor we offer cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling classes, ninja classes, private lessons, birthday parties and day camps.
Our facility is home to two sprung floors, a tumble track that leads into a pit, competitive sets of bars, beams and vault, and many gymnastics and ninja mats.
Our goal is to bring multiple varieties of programs to Windsor which will enrich active, healthy living.
Our athletes not only learn physical skills but also skills they will take with them in life. We pride ourselves in developing well rounded athletes and great leaders.
Cheerleading
Allstar Cheer
We offer a wide variety of competitive cheerleading options from level 1 to our Worlds teams. Come try a class today!
Prep Cheer
Looking for a cheer program that is low cost and low commitment? This program is designed to give the athletes the All-star experience but only runs once a week.
Novice Cheer
This program is aimed towards our under 8 athletes, with the same thing in mind as the prep programming. It is a low commitment and cost program to prepare your child for Allstar cheerleading.
Recreational Cheer
Want to try Cheer? This is the perfect class for you! This is a short 12 week program that teaches the basics of cheerleading.

Competitve Gymnastics
We offer a wide variety of competitive and pre-competitive options for those looking to compete in gymnastics.
Recreational Gymnastics
Our Rec Programming offers classes from as young as 18 months. This program focuses on the two F's Fun and Fundamentals of gymnastics.
Tot Gymnastics
Our tot classes are perfect for little ones wanting to explore how their body works. We focus on age appropriate skills to help little ones develop coordination, body awareness and balance
Boys Gymnastics
This program is offered to our male athletes that are focused on men's gymnastics only. Our classes combine strength, flexibility, and conditioning.
